As the Founder & CEO of pTron, I see tremendous opportunity to create great revolutionary products and experiences that are just not restricted to any particular segment of society. Since its birth in 2014, pTron has constantly raised the bar in the wireless audio category with cutting-edge products at unheard prices. Building pTron, I have developed more than I could ever imagine and feel challenged every day to do more, build more, for the people of India. It is our vision to be India’s Leading Audio & Digital Lifestyle Brand.

In the last few years, a lot has changed how Indian consumers enjoy their music. pTron has been an integral part of this evolution with products that are best-in-class to become one of the Top 5 Leading Audio Wear Brands in India. Being at the helm of the technological revolution, especially concerning connected lifestyle devices, pTron is at the forefront of this evolution, setting high benchmarks not just in the audio segment, but in other categories like Smart Wearables alike. 

pTron has always pursued excellence and embraced new-age transformation. To bolster the brand strength we have also significantly increased our investment w.r.t marketing and brand building over the past few years. We invest in relationships that create an emotional connection between our customers and our pTron brand such as our association with Pooja Hegde & Aparshakti Khurana, Bollywood celebrities.

As I steer the organization, I intend to build a corporate culture of empathy & resilience where we listen to our customers, partners, dealers, suppliers, and stakeholders at large in and outside the organization for an inclusive work environment.

Big dreams require a measured step-by-step process & an IN-credible team. Born out of a sheer passion for technology and to help others, the management and employees of pTron are dedicated to making technology affordable and accessible to every Indian, even in the remotest parts of India. We have created numerous breakthrough products and technologies that are ahead of the curve. We overcame our financial difficulties as a start-up in 2021 and put the parent organization back on the growth path.

We are working on a business transformation based on three pillars:

  • Fostering steady growth through new products, new technologies
  • Improving efficiencies of operations and investments, and
  • Building the strength of our Made in India capabilities leads to strengthening the larger vision of “Atma Nirbhar Bharat ”.

As I steer the organization, I intend to build a corporate culture of empathy & resilience where we listen to our customers, partners, dealers, suppliers, and stakeholders at large in and outside the organization for an inclusive work environment. We are putting a “customer-first” mindset at the heart of everything we do, which is as it should be. The importance of this mindset remains unchanged.
